Garlicky, slightly salty, full of umami with generous toppings, is my definition of @ocharmricebowl boiled rice topped with all kinds of boiled and braised porks: minced pork, short ribs, fried pork cracklings, sliced pork, you name it. A tiny tad higher in price here but I say its quite delish as well. All the combos are perfectly complimenting each other. A recommendation to ease out the end of the day
